For Treefort 10 (coming up in Boise next week) I will be releasing a cassingle of the original honky-tonk ditty "Precious Jewel" b/w the western noir instrumental "Desert Nocturne". Recorded at Zimm Sound in February 2022 by Addison Schulberg, featuring Roger Conley (pedal steel), Aaron Engum (bass), Andy Steele (drums). Original artwork was produced by the inimitable Bonnie Day. There will only be 20 of these hand dubbed cassettes (w/ download code) available to the public, so get yer tuchus down to Pengilly's Saloon on Friday, March 25th to cop a copy.

The Baker City, OR Christian-noise, freakout-acid-jazz, no-wave-funk collective Swäwm Pass, of which I am a participating member, will be part of a livestream concert from Churchill School this coming Sunday (1/30/22) at 6:30pm PST, opening up for psyche rock band Moogyman.
Swäwm Pass sets are usually very epic affairs, lasting sometimes three hours. This will be a much more measured dose of 30 minutes. As long as the roads and weather permit me to travel, I will be in the mix playing my electric piano/synth rack set up (Fender Rhodes Mark II/ Moog Werkstatt/Folktek Resonant Garden).
